3 Bedroom Apartment

Our spacious 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The apartment features a queen-size bed in the main bedroom, two 3/4 beds in the second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom, a main bathroom with a shower and a bath, and a second bathroom with a shower only. The apartment also has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/lounge with a private balcony.

The open-plan living area has a sea view, while the bedrooms do not. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools, and the balcony has patio furniture. The apartment is equipped with cutlery and crockery for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook your favorite meals.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style with soft colors and calming textures. The windows in the apartment are large and let in plenty of natural light, so you can wake up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.

The apartment is located on a quiet floor, away from the noise of the hotel lobby and restaurants. The hotel has a swimming pool, where you can relax and cool off on a hot day.

Self Catering Terms & Conditions

Arrival Time:  from 16:00 onwards on the day of arrival 

Departure Time:  by 09:00 on the day of departure.  A penalty of R500 per hour or part thereof will be levied for late departures.

  • All taxes are included in the quoted rate.
  • Extra items not mentioned or of personal nature, will be added to the guest's private account.
  • The quoted rate is per unit per night and as a self-catering unit only.
  • No meals or servicing of the unit is included in the rate quoted.
  • Own bath and beach towels must be brought with.  Fresh linen is however provided after every 4th night. If the 4th night falls on a Saturday, linen will be changed on the Friday.  If the 4th night falls on a Sunday, linen will be changed on the Monday.
  • Garbage is removed and bathrooms cleaned with linen changes.  No other service of the unit will be done during your stay. 
  • Regular cleaning of units can be booked at reception at an additional charge.  Advance booking is essential.  Cleaning of the unit does not include tidying up, babysitting, cooking, doing laundry and or anything else.  Housekeeping will only be cleaning (i.e. mop floors, windows, wash dishes, dust, clean bathrooms, etc.).  For Housekeeping to work effectively and efficiently, we kindly request that all personal items be put away in cupboards / taken with whilst the unit is being cleaned.  Thus, no clothing / other items to be left on beds / furniture / on the floor.
  • Items of value must either be put in the unit’s electronic safe or taken with when leaving the apartment.  We do not accept responsibility for any lost or left behind items.
  • No smoking is allowed in our units.
  • One undercover parking bay is allocated per unit.  Please only park in your allocated parking bay.  Wheels will be clamped with release fee payable if parked in incorrect parking bay.
  • Trailers (if any) must be parked on the top floor of the parking garage.
  • Unit is fully furnished, but does not have a hairdryer, washing machine and or dishwashing machine. 
  • Open View channels available on TV.  The unit is equipped with Smart TV so that you can log into your own Netflix, DSTV, Prime, etc account.
  • Units do not have air conditioning.
  • Free WiFi is available in the unit.
  • Braai facilities are available on the communal lawn area.  You must however bring your own braai gear with you.
  • You are welcome to bring your own gas braai with you if you would like to braai on the unit’s balcony.  However, no wood or charcoal may be used to make a fire on the balcony.  Only gas braais may be used.
  • We have gas braais available for rental at an additional charge and can be pre-booked at reception.
  • Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our units.
  • Units are affected by loadshedding.  The apartment block has a generator in place, but it only services the lifts and lights in the public areas.  There are emergency lights in all rooms of your unit, but these last for a limited time only.  Please use lights sparingly during this time, to make sure it lasts longer.
  • Loadshedding schedules are placed in the lifts.  Please familiarize yourself with it and plan your day accordingly (i.e. charging of phones, laptops, use of hairdryers, etc.).
  • Due to the layout of the apartment block (open public passages), a ‘Good Neighbour Policy’ is maintained.  We kindly request that guests whisper when exiting / entering the apartment and or apartment building.
  • No noise (i.e. loud music etc.) is allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.
  • No partying / entertaining is allowed in any of our units.
  • Only the maximum number of guests per unit is allowed in the unit at any time during your stay.  Thus 8 guests max in our Penthouse apartment, 6 guests max in our 3-bedroom apartments and 4 guests max in our 2-bedroom apartments.
